Pesado

Pesado, the iconic norteño music band hailing from Monterrey, Mexico, makes a triumphant return with their highly anticipated album Te Amaré. This release heralds Pesado's long-awaited comeback, marking their first album of original material since Los Ángeles Existen in 2018.

As part of the tour, Pesado will appear at City National Grove of Anaheim, August 23. Tickets for this date are available via Ticketmaster, Thursday, May 16, at 10AM.

Te Amaré boasts an eclectic collection of 12 tracks, featuring a standout rendition of Miguel Bosé's hit that shares the album's name, along with 11 unreleased songs, including previously successful singles such as "El Infierno," "Te Quiero," and "La Batalla y Te Amaré." At the heart of the album lies the captivating romantic ballad "Llegaste Tarde," penned by the band's vocalist and accordionist, Beto Zapata, and co-produced by Zapata alongside Pepe Elizondo. This song prompts contemplation on the caprices of destiny and the complexities of unrequited love.

Pesado's influence extends beyond musical boundaries, evident in their digital platform popularity. Their hit "A Chillar a Otra Parte" went viral on TikTok last year, emerging as a summer anthem in Mexico, with half a million creations on the platform.

Moreover, in honor of their 30th anniversary, Pesado has collaborated with renowned artists on reinvented versions of their classics. Notable collaborations include "Ojalá Que Te Mueras" with Alejandra Guzmán and "A Chillar A Otra Parte" with Edgardo Núñez.

Pesado continues to thrive with live performances, including an upcoming show at the Auditorio Nacional in Mexico City on May 29th and another at the Arena Theatre in Houston on May 11th.

Te Amaré marks a new milestone in Pesado's illustrious career, solidifying their status as one of the foremost bands in norteño music.
