Can I pay cash for food & beverages?

To provide a quick and contactless experience, we are now fully cash-free at our bars and concession stands. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, tap-to-pay and mobile wallets.

For your convience we also offer Mobile Ordering

We encourage guests to take advantage of our mobile ordering option at https://linktr.ee/groveofanaheim. We will let you know when the order is ready for pickup via SMS Text. Pick up your food and beverage at the designated pick up location without having to wait in a traditional line.

I just bought tickets and they say “A $35 Dinner Voucher Has Been Added to the Ticket Price.” What does this entail?

We offer preferred seating which require the purchase of dinner on the night of the show. Your $35 dinner voucher includes salad, three entree options, and dessert (excludes beverages and gratuity). We request you arrive 2 hours prior to show time in order to enjoy your meal. You are welcome to check out the menu for the evening on the show’s event page.

What is the City National Bank Crystal Package all about?

For select concerts, the purchase of our City National Bank Crystal Package entitles you to Tier 1 premium seating, access to the beautiful City National Bank Crystal Lounge, VIP parking, and a complimentary array of desserts. On the night of the event, present your Tier 1 ticket to the parking attendant to obtain your VIP parking and enter through the City National Bank Crystal Lounge entrance, which is located to the right of the box office. How much does dinner cost?

For dinner events, we offer a prix fixe dinner which includes a salad, three entree options, and dessert for $35. Please note that the $35 prix fixe dinner does not include beverages or gratuity. You are welcome to check out the menu for the evening on the show’s event page.

Can we bring in outside food or beverage?

We do not allow outside food or beverage into the venue.

Tickets / Seating

Is the City National Grove of Anaheim for all ages?

Yes. We are an all-ages venue, unless otherwise stated. Everyone age 2+ must have a ticket to enter the venue.

Is the City National Grove of Anaheim wheelchair accessible?

Yes, we offer Equal Access seating. Please call our box office at 714-712-2700 for seating options.

Do you offer any group sales discounts?

Yes, for select performances. For groups of 10 or more, please contact groupsalesanaheim@nederlander.com for more information.

Can you scan my ticket from my phone?

Yes, or you can present your paper ticket at the entrance.

  1. Get the Ticketmaster app.
  2. Sign in to your Ticketmaster account with the email & password used to purchase your tickets. 
  3. Show your tickets in the app at the entrance.
  4. Get them scanned to enter and have fun!

Can I purchase tickets with cash at the box office?

The City National Grove of Anaheim's box office does not accept cash payment for tickets or parking purchases.

Miscellaneous

Can I bring my purse, bag, or backpack into the venue?

Bags up to 12"x14"x6" are permitted inside City National Grove of Anaheim. Backpacks of any size and all bags larger than 12”x14”x6” are not permitted. All bags are subject to search by security team members at entry. Bags that do not meet these expectations must be returned to the guest’s vehicle. Please note that some events may enforce a modified bag policy; refer to the specific event page or contact Guest Services for further information.

 

Are face coverings required?

Masks are recommended when not actively eating or drinking.

Can I bring my camera or recording device?

As a courtesy to the Artist and your fellow Guests, we ask that you refrain from using your cell phone for photos, video or texting during the performance. For certain performances, no photography or cell phone use of any sort is permitted.

We do not permit professional cameras (detachable lens), digital cameras, audio or video recording devices.

What time do the parking lots open and how much does parking cost?

The parking lot opens 1 hour prior to door time and parking is $20 per car, via credit card or mobile payment, on the day-of-show.  Discounted parking rate available if you pre-purchase parking here or at the box office.

I’ve already been inside the venue; can I leave and come back in?

No, sorry, we do not permit re-entry.

Can I smoke at the City National Grove of Anaheim?

Our venue is smoke-free.
